Boost My Profile

Boosting your profile offers you a key position within the search results. Only Premium Members are able to boost their profiles. The way the Boost works is:

There are 2 levels. Platinum and Gold. The boosts are assigned to 2 criteria (County location and Legal Field type). The boosts are paid annually upfront. You must make a request to us through your profile by clicking on the Boost Profile link at the top of the page. Not every County is the same price. Multiple Counties and Legal Fields can be obtained.

Platinum – (Top of the list) Only 1 Platinum position is sold per County/Legal Field which guarantees the #1 position in all searches related to the assigned County/Legal Field. Platinum boosts have a 3-year renewal guarantee option at the same price.

Gold – (Second (2nd) through Thirteenth (13th) in the list) Only 24 Gold positions are sold per County/Legal Field. Only twelve (12) of the 24 are shown at a time. All Gold rotate into position/viewing. This boost offers the Gold Members the #2nd through the #13th position in all searches related to the assigned County/Legal Field. Gold boosts have a 3-year renewal guarantee option at the same price.

Our Verification Standards

We use a multi-layered verification approach focused on transparency, accountability, and professional responsibility.

1. Bar Numbers Required for Each Jurisdiction

All attorneys listed on National Attorney Directory are required to provide bar numbers for every jurisdiction in which they are licensed to practice law.

This ensures:

  • Accurate representation of licensure

  • Accountability for multi-state practice claims

  • Easy independent verification by users

Each jurisdiction is listed separately within the attorney’s profile to avoid ambiguity or misrepresentation.

2. Independent State Bar Verification

Bar numbers provided by attorneys may be independently verified by users through the official websites of state bar associations.

Because licensing and disciplinary records are maintained by state authorities, state bar associations remain the ultimate source of truth for an attorney’s standing, status, and eligibility to practice.

3. Verified Member Badge (Premium Members)

Attorneys who enroll as Premium Members receive a Verified Member badge displayed on their profile and in search results.

The Verified Member badge indicates that:

  • The attorney has provided bar numbers for each licensed jurisdiction

  • The attorney maintains an active Premium membership

  • The attorney’s profile includes enhanced professional information

This badge helps users quickly identify attorneys who have taken additional steps to establish credibility and visibility on the platform.

4. Business Card Profiles (BCP)

Premium Members receive Business Card Profiles, which provide:

  • Enhanced profile layout

  • Improved visibility in search results

  • Clear professional branding and contact information

BCPs are designed to present attorney credentials clearly, professionally, and consistently.

5. Transparency & Attorney Responsibility

All information submitted to National Attorney Directory is provided by the attorney. Attorneys are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate licensure information

  • Updating jurisdictional changes

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable professional responsibility rules

Misrepresentation of licensure or credentials may result in profile removal or membership termination.
